 What are your fees? Individual sessions (over the phone or video) are: $130.00 per 50 minute sessions. Couples sessions: are 140.00 per 50 minute session

Is counselling covered by work insurance? Often Registered Social Workers are covered by work insurance benefits. You will need to check your insurance benefits to see whether your work insurance covers either a Registered Social Worker or a Psychologist. You can either check your benefits package or contact your work insurance provider to speak  with the provider to check to see what type of counsellor is covered. Please note that OHIP does not cover the cost of counselling. 

Do you offer free consultations? Yes, a free 20 minute consultation is available for you over the phone. You can use the 20 minute free consultation to ask questions or discuss your counselling needs. 

What is your cancellation policy? You will need to provide 24 hour cancellation notice. If 24 hour cancellation notice has not been given there is a $70.00 fee. Please note that there are also some exceptions to the cancellation fee.

 Do you offer direct billing? Unfortunately I do not offer direct billing due to confidentiality of your personal information. Please speak to your work insurance provider about their process and what counselling certifications they reimburse.
